About Yolanda

Yolanda Gaona joined the Fred Delgado Real Estate Group in 2010, providing administrative support to both the sales and property management divisions. In 2014, she earned her Arizona real estate license, followed by her Perfect Real Estate Assistant certification in 2016.

As Executive Assistant, Yolanda oversees and manages the systems and processes that support buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners while also managing the financial operations for the property management department. In addition, she provides comprehensive back-office support, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and seamlessly. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help the team deliver an exceptional client experience.

With 19 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 25 years of customer service and administrative expertise, Yolanda brings extensive knowledge, organization, and professionalism to every aspect of her role.

Originally from Orange County, California, Yolanda relocated to Phoenix in 2007. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, Christian meditation, and discovering new healthy restaurants and culinary experiences.
